John Brickhouse

John grew up in Whiteville, NC and graduated from Whiteville High School in 2001. Upon graduation, he enrolled in the Scholars Program at North Carolina State University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina State University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with a Marketing Concentration.

John was awarded a Merit Scholarship to be part of the 2008 class at the Charleston School of Law. While at the Charleston School of Law, he was a co-founder and Treasurer of the Student Trial Lawyer’s Association and participated in as well as organized the school’s first Mock Trial Competition. He also interned with local Charleston County Probate Court Judge Irvin Condon during his time at CSOL.

John has practiced law in Charleston for over twelve years, primarily focusing on Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury. John prides himself on representing injured clients in suits against those responsible for said injuries and obtaining the highest possible settlements and awards on behalf of his clients. As a solo practitioner, John is involved with every detail of his clients’ cases. Each client gets 100% of John’s individual attention instead of being passed down to paralegals and lower-level associates.

John resides in downtown Charleston with his wife Paige, their sons Owen and Austin, and dog Lorenzo.
